Avignon, 25 April 2018 - NATUREX, the global leader in specialty plant-based natural ingredients, has published its registration document for the year ended December 31, 2017.

The 2017 registration document was filed with the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) on April 25, 2018 under the number D.18-0379
This document includes:
- the annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2017 according to article L.451-1-2 of Code monétaire et financier;
- the report on corporate governance referred to in article L.225-37 of the French commercial code;
- the CSR report (Social and Environmental Responsibility) relating to social, environmental and societal information.
The 2017 registration document in French is available on the Company's website at www.naturex.fr, in the "Finance> Documents and Publications" section, as well as on the AMF website www.amf-france.com. org.
Copies of the registration document will also be available free of charge and upon request from the Company.
