OENEO STRENGTHENS ITS OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Oeneo group has announced a new change to its operational management on the recommendation of Group Chief Executive Officer, Nicolas Hériard Dubreuil. This latest move to strengthen Oeneo's executive team will cement the group's continued dynamic expansion and internal growth, as well as the optimization of its financial performance.

Grégoire Chové, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Seguin Moreau Barrels division since 2011, has been appointed Head of Development and Finance. In charge of future mergers and acquisitions, where the focus will be the development of new innovative offers, the strategic reinforcement of market share and the improvement in profitability, he will also oversee the group's financial results, working in close collaboration with group Chief Financial Officer, Philippe Doray.

Nicolas Mahler Besse, Chief Executive Officer of Seguin Moreau since 2011, is appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Winemaking division. He will continue to oversee the development of Seguin Moreau as the world's leading barrel brand, and will also head up the operational management of Vivelys and Boisé France with the support of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for the Vivelys group. This appointment is perfectly in line with Oeneo group's strategy to fully capitalize on the synergies between its brands and ramp up the development of a market-exclusive, global offer with a high value-added for winegrowers around the world.

It comes with a proposal to transfer the group's head office from Paris to Bordeaux to be submitted to the next Annual General Meeting that will ensure greater proximity with a large part of Oeneo's ecosystem, its clients, its operational teams and key industry research and development centers.

"Oeneo's ambitions for the coming years are as strong as ever" said Group Chief Executive Officer, Nicolas Hériard Dubreuil. "A stronger operational management fits perfectly with our strategy and will allow us to take full advantage of all future growth opportunities. Today, Oeneo's positioning across the entire winemaking industry value chain means that it has all of the qualities it needs to become the benchmark player in its sector".

Oeneo Group will publish its turnover for the first quarter of 2017-2018

on 25 July 2017 after the markets have closed.
