The Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholder's Meeting was held this morning at 9:30am, under the chairmanship of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Hervé Claquin.
All the resolutions on the agenda were passed by a very large majority. The AGM approved the payment of a dividend of €0.15 per share in respect of 2017-2018 with the option of payment in cash or in shares. A press release containing the terms and conditions applying to the payment of the dividend is available at www.oeneo.com from July 26, 2018.
The AGM also voted to renew the terms for three years of the following directors: Hervé Claquin, Marc Hériard Dubreuil and Gisèle Durand, as well as Paternot Conseil et Investissement SAS, which is represented by Thierry Paternot.
Since Francois Glémet's resignation and Henri Vallat's request that his term not be renewed, the Board of Directors no longer includes any non-voting directors.
However, the AGM has authorized the Board to appoint one or more non-voting directors at any point throughout the year.
The Board of Directors is always composed on 13 members including five women and seven independent directors.
Oeneo Group will publish its half-yearly turnover for 2018-2019 on November, 5 2018.
