Financial release :  Availability of LA PERLA WORLD report of the First Half (H1) of FY 2009

Today the company announces that it released its half year report for the six month period ending 30 June 2009 and filed the report at the AMF.

An update on the transaction between the Dutch group La Perla and La Perla World SA (previously Mandarine Holding SA) is mentioned on page 19 of the half year report.
