NASDAQ OMX Announces Quarterly Dividend of USD 0.13 Per Share

NEW YORK, Oct. 24, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share on the company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on December 28, 2012 to shareowners of record at the close of business on December 14, 2012. Future declarations of quarterly dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
