Additional contribution to liquidity contract report

On 12^th September 2012 and according to Solucom's agreement with Portzamparc SA, an additional contribution for an amount of 100,000 € has been made.

During the half-year report on 30 June 2012, the following means were dedicated to implement the liquidity contract:

15,354 Solucom shares
€ 123,684.28
