Acquisition of EXTRACO CREATION

The MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT company announces the acquisition of the whole of the capital of EXTRACO CREATION whose head office is in Rouen (Seine-Maritime) with effect from the 1^st July 2012.

A builder of traditional individual houses for over twenty years, the EXTRACO CREATION group has 8 agencies in Eure and Seine Maritime and markets about 250 houses per year.

This group employs 80 people and reports excellent 2011/2012 performance with:

• Consolidated turnover of €25M,
• Consolidated operating profit of €1.8M, which is an operating profitability of 7%,
• Consolidated net profit of €1.3M, which is a net margin of 5.2%.

The group's balance sheet structure is very solid with cash at €4.6M and consolidated own capital of the order of €5M.

The acquisition of the EXTRACO CREATION company reinforces the geographical coverage of MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT group, in a buoyant region where the Axe Seine corridor is at the heart of the "Grand Paris" project.

The current managers, Messieurs REQUIN and CHIAPPE, retain their functions.

Despite an economic context that remains subdued this external growth confirms the Group's confidence in the relevance of its business model and once again demonstrates its ability to bring together the best performing players in the sector.
