BrightPoint EMEA Enters Distribution Services Agreement With Huawei
INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 4, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brightpoint, Inc. ("BrightPoint") (Nasdaq:CELL), a global leader in providing device lifecycle services to the wireless and high-tech industries, today announced that its subsidiary, Brightpoint European Regional Services S.L. ("BrightPoint EMEA"), has entered into a distribution services agreement with Huawei Technologies Deutschland GmbH ("Huawei").
Under the terms of the agreement, BrightPoint EMEA will provide Huawei's feature phones, smartphones and tablet PC's across Western Europe. BrightPoint will use its end-to-end device distribution capability to provide Huawei with an offering that includes its PLAN, MARKET, MOVE and RECOVER services.
