The 2011/12 reference document is now available

Solucom informs its shareholders that its reference document 2011/12, relating to fiscal year ending 31 March 2012 was recorded by the AMF on 11 July 2012 under the number D.12-0708.

According to the Transparency Directive, to the AMF general regulation and to the French commercial code, this document of reference contains:

• Documents and information related to the General Meeting to take place on 26 September 2012, notably:
  • the Management board report and its annexes ;
  • the Supervisory board report on the organisation of internal control ;
  • the resolutions to be proposed at the General Meeting ;
  • consolidated and company accounts at 31 March 2012 ;
  • the different Auditors' reports ;
  • description of the share buy-back programme to be proposed at the General Meeting ;
  • other financial and legal information ;
  • 2011/12 financial reports ;
• The table of Auditors' fees.
