Apax Partners France strengthens its TMT team
Paris, 7 March 2012 – Apax Partners is pleased to announce two recruitments in its TMT sector team which comprises seven investment professionals out of twenty in total.
Brahim Ammor – Senior Associate
Brahim Ammor started his career in 2008 with Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division as an Analyst and then Associate in London and Paris. He focused on the Technology, Media and Telecom industries in Europe and was involved in various LBO, M&A and capital markets transactions.
Brahim Ammor graduated from both Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace (Supaero) and Sciences Po Paris.
Henry Capelle – Senior Associate
Henry Capelle started his career in 2006 with Goldman Sachs in Paris in the Investment Banking Division, as an Analyst and then Associate. He was part of the coverage team of some large French companies and was involved in various M&A, LBO and IPO transactions.
Henry Capelle graduated from HEC business school.
Apax's TMT team was very active in 2011 as were completed:
- two new investments in cable operator Numericable Belgium/Luxembourg and software editor Vocalcom;
- three successful exits in the telecom sector, namely: leading worldwide provider of mobile satellite communications solutions Vizada (sold to EADS), multi-channel transactional flow specialist Prosodie (sold to CapGemini) and telecom operator Outremer Telecom.
